BLB&G Again Named to National Law Journal's "Plaintiff's Hot List" as One of Eleven Top U.S. Plaintiff Firms

With "a hand in 6 of the 10 largest securities fraud class actions to date", including the firm's $1.3 billion recovery for the Class in In re Nortel Networks Corporation, BLB&G was named to the National Law Journal's “Plaintiffs’ Hot List” – a listing of the top plaintiff's law firms in the country - for the third year in a row.  Described as "ever on the cutting edge," BLB&G was one of only eleven firms nationwide profiled in this year's list.

In May 2006, the firm was again also ranked number one in the nation with the highest total settlements for 2005 in a study of the top 50 plaintiff's law firms conducted by Securities Class Action Services (SCAS), a subsidiary of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).
