Sean Coffey Speaks on Judicial Developments and Shareholder Activism at Securities Regulation Institute Program

Former partner Sean Coffey served as a panelist at Northwestern Law’s upcoming “36th Annual Securities Regulation Institute,” which was held on January 28-30, 2009 in Coronado, California.

Mr. Coffey participated in the panel entitled, “Judicial Developments Arising Out of the Market Turmoil and Increased Shareholder Activism,” and will discuss, among other topics, the Delaware Supreme Court’s CA, Inc. v. AFSCME Employees Pension Plan decision, other major securities cases from 2008, litigation issues involving subprime failures, and the impact of the financial unrest and the 2008 presidential election.
