BLB&G Partner Ed Timlin to Serve as Panelist at the Florida Bar Business Law Section's 40th Annual Federal Securities Institute

On February 16, 2024, BLB&G partner Ed Timlin will serve as a panelist at the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Annual Federal Securities Institute. Ed will speak on the “Recent Developments in Delaware Law” panel, discussing Chancellor McCormick’s decision in Tornetta v.
