BLB&G partner Abe Alexander will present to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Regulatory Affairs on securities litigation in the biotech and life sciences industries on December 2, 2021.
The program will discuss how the FDA's work to enforce federal food and drug regulations benefits investors, as well as consumers, by promoting integrity and transparency in the capital markets. Abe will explore some of the positive synergies between the FDA's enforcement work and institutional investors' efforts to enforce the federal securities laws through private litigation.
