BLB&G Announces Elevation of Three Senior Counsel

BLB&G is proud to announce that Timothy Fleming, Alexander Noble, and Mae Oberste have been promoted to Senior Counsel of the firm. The promotions are effective as of January 1, 2026.

Timothy Fleming practices out of the firm’s New York office and prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients. Recognized for his skillset, knowledge, and professionalism, Tim was named by respected peer-review publication Best Lawyers to its 4th edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for the practice area of Commercial Litigation.

Alexander Noble is based in the firm’s New York office, prosecuting securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of institutional investor clients. Prior to joining BLB&G, Alexander worked as a senior associate at a prestigious international law firm where he focused on representing public and private companies, directors, and officers in a wide range of complex commercial and securities litigation in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey.

Mae Oberste practices out of the firm’s Wilmington office, prosecuting corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. Recognized for her exceptional work in the practice area of corporate governance, Mae was named a “Rising Star” by respected peer-review publication Super Lawyers. She is actively involved in the Delaware legal community as a member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Executive Committee, Women & Law Section, Multicultural Judges & Lawyers Section, Corporation Law Section, and Litigation Section.
