BLB&G Associate Mae Oberste has been elected Secretary of the Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) Executive Committee. The Executive Committee serves as the board of directors for the bar association and oversees the finances and operations of the DBSA, voting on measures to enhance the organization and developing initiatives aligned with its mission. The DSBA frequently contributes legislative amendments to Delaware’s statutes, including the Delaware General Corporation Law, with the Executive Committee playing a pivotal role in this process.
Mae is a member of BLB&G’s Settlements Department and practices from the firm’s Wilmington office. She is an active member of the Delaware Bar and has served on the DSBA Executive Committee since 2022. Prior to joining BLB&G, Mae served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
