BLB&G Partner Greg Varallo contributed to the article “Optimizing Delaware’s Corporate Law Amendment Process: Ideas for the Next 20 Years” in the April 2026 edition of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. The article analyzes Delaware’s approach to corporate law amendments in light of recent changes to the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware (DGCL).
