BLB&G partner Greg Varallo have been named among “America’s Top 200 Lawyers” by Forbes. The inaugural list features “the finest practitioners in the profession—lawyers with stellar track records in their specialties, those who have broken barriers to emerge as leaders in their fields, and attorneys most respected by peers and clients.”
Greg was recognized for their stellar work in corporate governance and litigation, respectively. Both led the firm’s landmark case against Tesla, a historic corporate governance decision that nullified CEO Elon Musk’s proposed $55.8 billion compensation package. The decision, issued in January, followed four years of litigation on behalf of Tesla shareholders.
