BLB&G Partner Greg Varallo served as a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School on April 15. He led a presentation titled “Serius est quam cogitas: Reflections on the State of Corporate Governance in Delaware,” examining key governance challenges and the high-profile case against Tesla surrounding Elon Musk’s 2018 compensation package.
Greg is head of the firm’s Delaware office, prosecuting cases in Delaware and nationwide and helping the firm’s clients navigate complex derivative and class actions, business-to-business disputes, fiduciary litigation in bankruptcy court, and alternative dispute resolution.
