BLB&G Partner Preethi Krishnamurthy participated in the Angeion Group Mega Summit on June 5 in Philadelphia. Speaking on a panel titled “The Post-Distribution Review: Demonstrating the Value of Fund Administration Through Data, Proof, and Best Practices,” she addressed key metrics to assess and showcase fund administration success, including reach and effectiveness, fraud-prevention ROI, time-to-pay, cost-per-dollar-distributed, and equitable access across subgroups.
Preethi practices securities fraud litigation out of the firm’s New York office, bringing deep experience from her tenure at the SEC. As Co-Regional Trial Counsel for the SEC’s New York Regional Office, she led a team of 16 trial attorneys in high-profile cases involving accounting fraud, insider trading, and broker-dealer misconduct. Preethi also played key roles in landmark trials involving RenaissanceRe’s former CEO and Archegos Capital Management. Her work earned her the SEC’s prestigious Phillip A. Loomis, Jr. Award for outstanding legal scholarship and draftsmanship.
