BLB&G Senior Counsel Daniel Meyer and Associate Shiva Mohan served as guest lecturers at Duke University School of Law on November 6. They joined Professor Robert E. Bishop’s course “Business Associations,” providing an overview of corporate governance litigation.

Daniel practices out of the firm’s Delaware office, where he represents institutional clients in corporate governance matters. He is currently serving on the case teams in litigations against Coinbase, Centrus Energy, and Astra Space, and has contributed to significant cases involving Walmart, TD Ameritrade, and United Airlines. Previously, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Andre G. Bouchard in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Shiva is based in the firm’s New York office, specializing in corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation. Previously, Shiva was an associate at a premier international law firm, with a focus on litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in the Delaware Court of Chancery and handled securities class actions, interest rate benchmark litigation, and bankruptcy disputes, including Puerto Rico’s debt restructuring.
