Shiva Mohan practices out of the firm’s New York office, prosecuting corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Shiva was an associate at a premier international law firm, specializing in litigation and arbitration. He has experience representing clients in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and has worked on securities class actions, interest rate benchmark litigation, and bankruptcy disputes, including the Puerto Rico debt restructuring.
Shiva received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and a member of the Moot Court Board. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History & Political Science from Clemson University where he won the William Shannon Morrison Prize as the top graduate in the Department of History.
