BLB&G Partner Tom James has been profiled by Law360 as a 2025 “Rising Star” for his leadership in landmark securities litigation and corporate governance cases.
The profile highlights Tom’s key role on the BLB&G trial team that negotiated a $78.5 million settlement for CVR Refining unit holders in a complex buyback dispute and his leadership in an action challenging the sale of Columbia Pipeline Group to TransCanada.
