BLB&G’s Salvatore Graziano, Jim Harrod, Rebecca Boon, and Lauren Ormsbee to Speak at Columbia Law School Securities Litigation Conference

On April 19, 2024, BLB&G’s Salvatore Graziano, Jim Harrod, Rebecca Boon, and Lauren Ormsbee will serve as panelists at Columbia Law School’s “Securities Litigation in the 2020s” conference. Alongside fellow securities litigation experts, BLB&G partners will examine a range of topics, including “The Business of Securities Class Action Lawyering,” “Event Driven Suits and the Rethinking of Securities Litigation,” “Emerging Issues in Section 11 and Section 12 Litigation,” and “Emerging Issues in Rule 10b-5 Litigation.”

The conference will evaluate practical potential reforms to the current securities litigation landscape, considering developing case law, SEC rulemaking, and legislation. In addition to valuable insights shared by leading practitioners and academics, Judge Liman Lewis J. Liman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York will feature as the keynote speaker.
