BLB&G Senior Counsel Catherine van Kampen was recognized as a 2023 Outstanding Volunteer by the American Bar Association International Law Section. As co-chair of the Women’s Interest Network committee, Catherine plays an integral role in championing the advancement of the legal rights and interests of women around the world.
The Women’s Interest Network committee is a prestigious subgroup of the American Bar Association International Law section. In the interest of its mission, attorneys specializing in international law assist in promoting educational programs, teleconferences, policy initiatives, publications, communications, and outreach. The committee’s annual programs include panel discussions on legal themes related to International Women’s Day and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
