Alistair Murray is an associate in BLB&G’s securities litigation practice, prosecuting securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. Alistair practices out of the firm’s New York office.
Before joining BLB&G, Alistair was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised clients in federal and state privacy class actions arising from cybersecurity incidents as part of the litigation and enforcement practice group. Previously, he contributed to research at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI and worked as an Associate Behavioral Researcher at Morningstar.
Alistair received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. He holds a B.S. in Social Policy & History from Northwestern University.
