BLB&G Named a Delaware “Regional Powerhouse” by Law360 for Third Consecutive Year

BLB&G has once again been named a 2026 Delaware “Regional Powerhouse” by Law360, marking the firm’s third consecutive year on the list.

The recognition highlights the firm’s notable victory in the Delaware Court of Chancery that rescinded Elon Musk’s $56 billion executive compensation at Tesla. Led by Partner Greg Varallo, BLB&G’s Delaware team litigated the case for more than four years on behalf of a Tesla stockholder. The litigation culminated in a 49-page decision issued by the Delaware Supreme Court affirming Chancellor Kathleen McCormick’s ruling that Tesla’s Board of Directors breached its fiduciary duty in awarding Elon Musk his 2018 pay package.

In addition to Tesla, the firm recently secured a $147.5 million recovery on the eve of trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery for former stockholders of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE”) in a breach of fiduciary duty class action. Led by Partners Greg Varallo, Rebecca Boon, and Anthony Calvano, the action alleged that WWE co-founder and controlling stockholder Vince McMahon manipulated the company’s merger process with Ultimate Fighting Championship to favor his personal interests over those of WWE’s public shareholders.
