BLB&G has been named a 2025 Delaware “Regional Powerhouse” and profiled by Law360, marking the firm’s second consecutive year on the list. This recognition highlights the firm’s recent notable victories in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including the $162.5 million settlement in the class action suit against Santander, the $123 million settlement in the Walmart derivative lawsuit, and the post-trial win challenging Vista Equity Partners’ $36.50-per-share acquisition of Mindbody Inc. Praising BLB&G’s fighting spirit, the profile notes the firm’s vocal opposition and leadership in challenging controversial amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law.
The profile also recognizes the leadership of partner Jeroen van Kwawegen, head of BLB&G’s Corporate Governance Department, and partner Greg Varallo, head of the firm’s Delaware office, alongside partner Andrew Blumberg, whose key role in the Mindbody suit coincides with his recognition as a 2025 “Rising Star” by Law360.
The quality of our people is unmatched. We have a group of people who are true and outstanding professionals with a capital P. —Jeroen van Kwawegen
