BLB&G Partner Katie Sinderson participated in a panel discussion, “The Path Forward: Investor Protections and Governance Reforms,” at the Institutional Investors Education Foundation’s Private Credit Roundtable in New York on September 17. The discussion addressed recent developments in securities litigation and governance reforms of relevance to institutional investors.
Katie advises and represents institutional investors in securities fraud actions. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led teams that have secured billions of dollars on behalf of investors in cases involving securities fraud and corporate misconduct. Beyond her litigation practice, Katie serves as co-chair of the Federal Bar Council Securities Litigation Committee and frequently speaks at bar association and industry events.
