Former partner Sean Coffey spoke at a CLE program sponsored by the New York City Bar entitled, “Securities Litigation during the Credit Crisis,” which was held in New York City on December 11, 2008.
Mr. Coffey participated in the panel entitled, “Prosecuting & Defending Securities Class Actions,” which examined current legal trends developing in response to the global credit crisis.
