Arbitration, Precatory Proposals, and the Privatization of Securities Law” at the March 2026 Symposium hosted by the Institute for Law and Economic Policy on March 13. The panel featured prominent experts, including former SEC officials and a director from the New York City Comptroller’s Office. Jorge is a leading authority on federal civil litigation, particularly in the crypto asset and cyber sectors. As the former Chief Litigation Counsel at the SEC, Jorge spearheaded groundbreaking cases against high-profile entities like Sam Bankman-Fried, Terraform Labs, and Binance.
