BLB&G Partners Andrew Blumberg and Greg Varallo served as guest lecturers at Harvard Law School on April 11. They joined Professor Roberto Tallarita’s course “Corporations” to discuss recent developments in corporate governance litigation, including Delaware Senate Bill 21 and the landmark case against Tesla.

Andrew prosecutes corporate governance and fiduciary duty litigation on behalf of the firm’s hedge fund and institutional investor clients out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Known as a fierce Court of Chancery litigator, Andrew has spearheaded groundbreaking corporate governance actions resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars returned to shareholders and critical corporate governance reforms, including cases involving Mindbody, Santander, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.

Greg is the head of BLB&G’s Delaware office, prosecuting cases in Delaware and nationwide and helping the firm’s clients navigate complex derivative and class actions, business-to-business disputes, fiduciary litigation in bankruptcy court, and alternative dispute resolution. He has litigated hundreds of complex business disputes and has earned a reputation as one of the country’s leading corporate governance experts and trial lawyers. He is a prominent thought leader and co-author of several publications, including The Practitioner's Guide to the Delaware Rapid Arbitration ActSpecial Committees: Law and Practice, and Fundamentals of Corporate Governance.
