Former partner Sean Coffey served as a panelist at the Securities Regulation Institute 2008, a seminar sponsored by the Practicing Law Institute (“PLI”), held in New York City on November 12-14, 2008.
Serving on the panel entitled, “Private Securities and Derivative Litigation,” Mr. Coffey examined, among other topics, trends in the filings of these case types, the effects of Stoneridge and Tellabs decisions, and subprime issues.
