Sal Graziano Participates in CLE Securities Litigation Program

BLB&G Partner Sal Graziano participated in the CLE program entitled "Securities Litigation 2007: Current Development and Strategies," which was sponsored by the New York City Bar and was held on December 6, 2007, in New York City.
As a faculty member, Mr. Graziano participated in a panel discussion examining various topics, including strategies for prosecuting and defending securities class actions and derivative lawsuits, the globalization of securities litigation, recent Supreme Court cases concerning scienter and scheme liability, and corporate governance litigation.
Mr. Graziano is an experienced trial attorney and has played a leading role in a number of major securities fraud class actions, several of which were cases against prominent accounting firms. He has helped recover over $780 million dollars over the course of his career and has prosecuted high-profile cases against PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Raytheon Company, MicroStrategy, Inc., Arthur Andersen LLP, and i2 Technologies, Inc.
