Former BLB&G Partner Sean Coffey served as a panelist at the Plus 2007 D&O Symposium on January 31, 2007, which was held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
Mr. Coffey participated in the panel entitled, "Securities Litigation and Enforcement: Post-Mortem and Prognostications," drawing upon his expertise and practical experience while discussing important trends in class action securities, including declining numbers of securities lawsuits, changes in the plaintiff's bar, issues arising in class action settlements, and important case law developments.
