On February 14, 2023, BLB&G Partner Rebecca Boon will serve as a panelist at the PLUS D&O Symposium. Joining other legal experts on the topic of “Are the Days of ESG Numbered?” Rebecca will discuss ESG-related litigation and regulatory matters with respect to directors and officers. The session will also consider the continually evolving responses to companies’ ESG efforts, particularly as the SEC prepares to enter the space with proposed climate change disclosure requirements.
The PLUS D&O Symposium is a two-day event for professional liability insurance thought-leaders, providing opportunities for networking, business development, and continuing education. Additional topics to be discussed will include private companies’ economic conditions, securities litigation, and derivative mega settlements.
