Max Berger Honored as City Year's "Idealist of the Year;" Speaks at City Year Graduation Ceremony

BLB&G is an active supporter of City Year New York, a division of AmeriCorps.  The program was founded in 1988 as a means of encouraging young people to devote time to public service and unites a diverse group of volunteers for a demanding year of full-time community service, leadership development and civic engagement.

For his long-time service and support of City Year New York, BLB&G Partner Max Berger was named the organization's "Idealist of the Year" for 2005.  As such, Mr. Berger was a featured speaker at City Year's 2005 graduation ceremonies on June 17, 2005 at New York University.
