Avi Mediratta, an associate in BLB&G’s securities litigation practice, prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. Avi practices out of the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Avi was a commercial litigation associate at DLA Piper, where he represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as arbitral forums. His litigation experience encompasses a wide range of practices, including government investigations, class actions, employment law, trade secrets, data privacy, corporate raiding, and commercial contract disputes.
Avi received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law. He received his B.S., with honors, in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
