BLB&G Partner Anya Freedman was featured in a webinar panel titled “The SEC’s New Mandatory Arbitration Policy,” hosted by the National Council on Teacher Retirement (“NCTR”) on December 11. Anya addressed concerns regarding a policy statement issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission permitting publicly traded companies to include arbitration provisions in their governing documents. She discussed the implications and responded to questions from NCTR members.
