Dr. Armin Fary serves as BLB&G’s Senior Advisor for European Investor Relations, where he supports the firm’s outreach to asset managers and institutional investors across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region) in connection with U.S. securities litigation. Drawing on his deep knowledge of the European regulatory landscape, Armin provides consulting services to assist clients in understanding and navigating U.S. securities litigation.
A qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt), Armin is also a partner at the German law firm SNP Schlawien, where he advises clients on matters involving German corporate and securities law. Prior to joining SNP Schlawien, he practiced with the international law firms Dechert LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
