BLB&G Partner Hannah Ross spoke at the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (“NCPERS”) Public Safety Conference in Nashville on October 26. As a panelist on “Securities Litigation Panel: Life Cycle of a Case,” she provided pension fund professionals with a practical overview of the stages of a securities class action. Drawing on real-world examples, Hannah discussed what funds can expect throughout the litigation process, their role at each stage, and key questions to ask counsel.
Hannah is a member of BLB&G’s Executive Committee and has nearly 30 years of experience as a civil and criminal litigator. She has led and played key roles on trial teams that have recovered billions of dollars for the firm’s institutional investor clients. In addition to NCPERS, Hannah frequently speaks at pension and securities-related conferences nationwide.
