BLB&G Special Governance Counsel Mark Lebovitch spoke on the “Delaware Developments” panel at the 38th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute on March 19 in New Orleans. He contributed to an engaging discussion on current trends and key issues around corporate governance litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
