On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, BLB&G partner Hannah Ross will participate as a panelist at a National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) webinar discussing where the country is ten years after the financial crisis. The conversation will focus on how some of the country’s largest banks have continued to engage in misconduct at the expense of innocent investors. The webinar will focus on some of the key private securities and enforcement actions arising from the financial crisis and why it is more important than ever that public pension funds remain prepared to take action when necessary to protect their interests and seek redress for fraud or misconduct.
