Sal Graziano Discusses Class Action Restrictions at ACS Symposium at NYU Law School

BLB&G partner Sal Graziano served as a panelist at the “ACS Symposium: Access to Justice in Federal Courts,” which was held on January 21, 2010 at the New York University Law School in New York City. The New York Chapter of ACS, the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy, hosted the educational forum that focused on various class action decisions that have reduced access to federal courts and have limited the types of claims and relief that plaintiffs can pursue.

Mr. Graziano joined other leading professionals in the field in a panel discussion entitled "Class Action Restrictions and Other Limitations."
