Two BLB&G partners were named to the inaugural listing of Lawdragon’s “100 securities litigators you need to know.” Lawdragon, a national legal publication, selected partners Max Berger and Jerry Silk as two of the 100 “champion trial lawyers who can handle any case, any time, anywhere.” The list was compiled through nominations by over 50,000 attorneys, judges, and corporate counsel nationwide.
Messrs. Berger and Silk, among the lawyers “making waves in securities litigation,” have served as lead counsel in many of the largest securities class actions in history. They have obtained groundbreaking recoveries and meaningful corporate governance reform on behalf of institutional investors worldwide.
