Tayler D. Bolton is a BLB&G associate prosecuting corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. She practices out of the firm’s Delaware office.

Prior to joining BLB&G, Tayler was an associate at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, specializing in breach of fiduciary actions and matters brought before the Delaware Court of Chancery. She also has experience in cases involving bribery, corporate takeover, securities fraud, insider compensation, and oversight failures. In addition to securing meaningful monetary recoveries, Tayler’s casework has helped level the playing field for minority investors through reformed voting procedures and other governance protections. Tayler has continuously been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers since 2023. 

Tayler previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diane Clarke-Streett of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. She remains an active leader in the Delaware bar, serving on the Delaware State Bar Association Executive Committee and as co-chair of its Young Lawyers Section.

Tayler received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, during which time she served as an editor on the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
