December 10, 2008Settled class action litigation challenging Board's response to merger proposal from Microsoft Corporation by obtaining comprehensive changes to Change In Control Employee Severance Plans. One industry commentator said of the settlement: "The bottom line: It would now be easier (and less expensive) to sell the company." Settlement is pending.
