Sal Graziano Serves As Moderator at ILEP’s Institute for Law & Economic Policy 26th Annual Symposium

BLB&G partner Sal Graziano served as a moderator at the Institute for Law and Economic Policy’s (ILEP) 26th Annual Symposium: Securities and Consumer Litigation – Pathways and Hurdles held at Fordham University Law School in New York City. Sal’s panel focused on Arbitration/Access to Courts for Investors and Consumers. ILEP was founded upon the adoption of the 1995 Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”), and has conducted cutting edge symposia with scholars representing competing viewpoints for over two decades. Sal is widely recognized as one of the top securities litigators in the country.  He has served as lead trial counsel in a wide variety of major securities fraud class actions, recovering billions of dollars on behalf of institutional investors and hedge fund clients.
