BLB&G partner Sal Graziano served as a moderator at the Institute for Law and Economic Policy’s (ILEP) 26th Annual Symposium: Securities and Consumer Litigation – Pathways and Hurdles held at Fordham University Law School in New York City. Sal’s panel focused on Arbitration/Access to Courts for Investors and Consumers. ILEP was founded upon the adoption of the 1995 Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”), and has conducted cutting edge symposia with scholars representing competing viewpoints for over two decades. Sal is widely recognized as one of the top securities litigators in the country.
