BLB&G partners Abe Alexander, Rebecca Boon, Scott Foglietta, and Katherine Sinderson have been named to the sixth annual edition of Benchmark Litigation' s “40 & Under Hot List." This recognition commemorates “the most notable up-and-coming litigation attorneys in the United States” who have “had a hand in some of their firms’ most noteworthy recent cases and have earned praise from clients and peers regarding the quality of their work.”
In its review, Benchmark highlighted Abe for his work prosecuting high-value securities litigation against several companies including Equifax, Cognizant, and Boeing; Rebecca for her work as part of the team that successfully obtained a $480 million judgment for investors against Wells Fargo related to its fake accounts scandal; Scott for his successful role as a key member of the team that achieved a $50 million recovery for investors in FleetCor; and Katie for her work successfully leading the securities class-action cases against Spectrum Brands and Fleetcor Technologies, which resulted in significant settlements for her clients.
This ranking is compiled following rigorous research performed by Benchmark editors that includes a review of the attorneys’ recent case work, peer review, and client feedback on their performances. According to Benchmark, attorneys on this list “though young, have established themselves in their respective fields and are set to enjoy bright futures.”
