Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Graziano has successfully litigated many high-profile cases, including most recently Merck (Vioxx) ($1.062 billion); Schering-Plough Corp./ENHANCE ($688 million); General Motors ($300 million); and MF Global ($234 million).
