Zachary Schulman practices out of the firm’s New York office, prosecuting securities fraud, shareholder rights, and complex litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Zachary served as an extern for the firm and interned for several prestigious law firms. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kai N. Scott in the U.S. District Court for the District of Pennsylvania.
Zachary earned his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association and an editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. He received his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
