Young O. Lee

Young O. Lee is a senior staff attorney practicing out of the firm’s New York office in the securities litigation department.

Young has worked on some of BLB&G’s most significant cases, including In re Welldyne RX Inc., In re iRhythm Technologies, Inc., In re Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. Securities Litigation, In re Musk et al., In re Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC Alpha Series Litigation, and In re New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. Securities Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Young worked as an attorney at a large law firm on a team which obtained dismissal of all claims on summary judgment for a multinational investment bank in the In re Enron Corp. Securities Litigation, and as a Staff Attorney at Paul Weiss, stationed in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York, handling complex civil litigation and regulatory investigations.

Young received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and holds an A.B. in English & American Literature from Harvard University.
