Thomas C. Mandracchia, a BLB&G associate, prosecutes corporate governance and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients. He is based in the firm’s Delaware office.

Before joining BLB&G, Tom was an associate at Ross Aronstam & Moritz, where his practice focused on corporate and commercial litigation and included pro bono work representing court-appointed clients in Family Court. Previously, he was an associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, specializing in adversary proceedings under the bankruptcy code and complex commercial litigation. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he worked across the appeals, trial, and post-conviction relief units.

Tom holds his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, during which time he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and Teaching Director of the Youth Education Project. He received his B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
