Stavros Katsetos is a senior staff attorney working out of the New York office in the corporate governance department, focusing on corporate governance, securities fraud, and fiduciary duty litigation.
Since joining BLB&G in 2012, Stavros has worked on numerous matters, including In re Merck & Co. Inc. VIOXX Securities Litigation, In re Starz Stockholder Litigation, In re Pilgrim's Pride Corp., In re AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis v. Jones et al. (FirstEnergy) and In re Pivotal Software, Inc. Stockholders' Litigation.
Among other cases, Stavros is currently prosecuting In re Straight Path Communications, Inc. and In re AVX Corporation Stockholders' Litigation.
Stavros received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. in Microbiology from the University of Rochester.
