Sam Coffin practices out of the firm’s New York office and prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Sam clerked at a prestigious national plaintiffs’ law firm, specializing in securities and consumer litigation. He has also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable John P. Cronan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, served as a summer associate for an international law firm with a focus on civil litigation, and was both a staff auditor and investment analyst for the Office of the City of New York Comptroller.
Sam graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, during which time he served as Senior Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. He received his B.A. in both History and Economics from Columbia University.
