Rebecca Temkin practices out of the firm’s New York office and prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm's institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Rebecca worked as a Pro Bono Scholar for the Legal Aid division of the Consumer Rights Project, where she represented low-income debtors in civil court. She was also selected to participate in BLB&G’s 2023 Summer Associates program.
Rebecca received her J.D. with honors from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the 22'-23' President of OUTLaws, a student organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ law students. She holds a Master of French and Francophone Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of French and Francophone Studies and Human Rights from Barnard College, Columbia University.
