Rashelle James, a BLB&G associate, prosecutes complex disputes as part of the firm’s Complex Torts and Impact Litigation Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining BLB&G, Rashelle was an associate at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP, where her practice focused on broad complex commercial litigation and matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Previously, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Andrew L. Carter, Jr. in the United States Southern District Court of New York and as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
Rashelle received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, during which time she served as an Online Articles Editor of the New York University Law Review. She holds her B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College.
