Priyanka Shetty practices out of the firm’s New York office, prosecuting securities fraud and shareholder rights litigation on behalf of the firm’s institutional investor clients.
Prior to joining BLB&G, Priyanka was selected to participate in the firm’s 2025 Summer Associates program. She previously served as a legal intern for the ACLU Criminal Law Reform Project and as a Paul Weiss Legal Fellow for the NYU Center for Race and Inequality in the Law. Priyanka also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Nina R. Morrison in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, as an investigative fellow for the Civil Rights Corps, and as a client advocate for the Harris County Public Defender’s Office in Houston.
Priyanka earned her J.D., magna cum laude, at New York University School of Law, where she was Co-President of the Plaintiff's Law Association, among other leadership roles. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.
