Maureen is a senior staff attorney practicing out of the firm’s New York office in the corporate governance department, focusing on corporate governance, fiduciary duty litigation, shareholders rights and appraisal rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Maureen practiced with an estate litigation firm and had a private practice concentrating in estate planning and administration, residential real estate and lending, and corporate law.
Maureen received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. in History from Adelphi University.
